What is the best professional advice you've ever received?

I take professional advice from everywhere. Mentors, books, shows, passing conversations etc. So this is tough.

One that is resonating right now is from one of my mentors, "Don't focus on being right, focus on getting it right."

This advice focuses on removing your ego in decision-making. The right answer can come from anywhere, from CEO to intern. Be open to the right answer regardless of where it may come from.
