What were some of your professional highlights of 2022?

Became the first new addition to CSE’s New Media division, Proudly added 11 clients to my client list in CSE’s Broadcasting and New Media departments, Instrumental in more than 25 negotiations throughout the company, working with many of CSE’s agents on creative strategies and was chosen to be CSE’s representative in Phoenix during Super Bowl 57

What was your biggest professional lesson of 2022?

To not get too high with the highs and too low with the lows. Whenever I didn't hit a goal I set or any obstacles occurred, I had to remind myself that that's normal so don't let it get to you. As a former softball player, it's instilled in you that failure is part of the game so you can still be great despite striking out a couple times. I learned this year to apply that same mindset professionally.
