[UNDER ARMOUR] Intern, Marketing and Communications

As an Under Armour Summer 2026 intern you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with Under Armour executives and professional development opportunities with Under Armour talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a intern, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

PLACEMENT AREAS

Brand Marketing 
Marketing Rookies support the team in overseeing aspects of strategic planning towards future acquisitions, event planning and operations. They could be placed on Marketing teams such as Brand, Sports, Loyalty or Regional, or PR/Communications. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Public Relations, or MBA’s.  

 

Sports Marketing
The Sports Marketing Intern will collaborate with the team to manage athlete relationships, sponsorship activations, and event partnerships. You'll gain experience in brand representation within sports and athlete endorsement strategy. This internship is great for students studying Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

 

Social Media
As a Social Media Intern at Under Armour, you'll support the team in executing campaigns across key platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. This role provides hands-on experience in managing digital communities and tracking performance analytics. Ideal for students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business Administration.Communications

 

Communications
Communications Rookies are given a first-hand experience to contribute to our internal and external communication and engagement efforts. Projects will support advancement of Under Armour’s communications strategy and help deliver a compelling and cohesive company narrative. This role may work with a variety of global partners to shape messaging and ensure our teammates and external stakeholders are informed, engaged, and inspired. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, and Marketing.

 

Content Creation
Under Armour is looking for a creative intern to join our Brand Marketing team as an In-House Influencer/Content Creation Intern. In this role, you’ll create compelling content around our products, employees, and athletes, helping to tell Under Armour’s innovation story in an authentic way. You’ll also contribute to our podcasting efforts, serving as a consistent voice and face of the brand. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and content creation while working at our Baltimore HQ alongside industry leaders. The role reports to a Director on our Brand Marketing team.

 ELGIBILITY

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

LOCATION

  • Baltimore, MD headquarters office. 

  • Relocation assistance provided.

  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
