[DIVERSE REPRESENTATION] Fall Intern

The mission of Diverse Representation is to increase the hiring and exposure of Black agents, attorneys, managers, and publicists in the sports and entertainment industries. Diverse Representation also curates a number of programs and events throughout the year, focused on creating greater opporutnities for Black students and Black professionals in the sports and entertainment industries.

OVERVIEW

This fall, Diverse Representation seeks two (2) interns. One intern will assist with the day-to-day of Diverse Representation’s sports portfolio, especially National Black Women In Sports Day. One intern will assist with the day-to-day of Diverse Representation’s entertainment portfolio, including several fall activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Diverse Representation partners

  • Maintain up to date records of our databases

  • Assist with the planning of various programs and events

  • Conduct research on topics pertaining to the sports and entertainment industries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to receive school credit

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program

  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box

  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through

  • Positive, team-oriented, and collaborative attitude

  • Demonstrated interest in the sports and entertainment industries

  • Excellent project and time managemnet skills and ability to manage and prioritize changing workloads to meet deadlines.

This is a part-time remote internship. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3 month term (September - November).
