What is the best professional advice you've ever received?

In my line of work, PR can be very stressful when dealing with talent, executives, deadlines and events and one of the best advice I have recieved in the thick of things was "It's PR not ER" which centers me. It resonates with me because it lets you know that PR can be simple and if you just breathe and take it one step at a time, everything will work out and not everything is an emergency however it can still be handled with the appropriate urgency.
