What was one of your professional highlights of 2020?

As a talent manager, you are passionate about what makes your clients special and you want the marketplace to get it. I was very proud to be at the BAFTAs earlier this year with my client, Kelvin Harrison Jr., for his Rising Star nomination.

What advice would you give yourself 5 years ago?

Integrity, meaningful advocacy and rejuvenating your inspiration is absolutely vital.

What is one thing that can be done differently to promote more diversity in the sports and entertainment industries?

Introducing more inclusionary policy changes like The Hair Crown Act into work spaces.

What is one thing you've learned about yourself during the pandemic?

Didn't realize how much of an affinity I had for meditation until the pandemic. I absolutely love it.
