[WME] Assistant, Digital
We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant to support the VP of Brand Partnerships in Digital at WME, who drives revenue across the agency’s client roster through brand partnerships in emerging areas of the creator business. This is a rare opportunity to join on the ground floor of a new discipline positioned for rapid growth. In this role, you’ll enable the VP’s work in building the infrastructure, tools, and resources to monetize creators’ content at scale, while providing critical support on high-profile brand consultancy projects for clients.
The ideal candidate is a master of organization who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments. You’ll play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to the inner workings of brand partnerships, creator monetization, and agency growth strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and manage follow-ups with key buyers, clients, and internal teams
Field and direct incoming calls, emails, and requests with discretion and professionalism
Take clear, actionable notes during meetings and ensure timely dissemination of recaps and next steps
Serve as a key point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
Prepare decks, presentations, and research to support client meetings and pitches
Maintain project trackers, client grids, and follow-up systems to keep initiatives moving forward
Partner closely with cross-functional teams and assistants across the agency to support business priorities
Manage a high-volume, frequently changing calendar and coordinate internal/external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and act as a first line of defense for competing priorities — ensuring the VP is operating at maximum efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Clear, confident written and verbal communication — able to represent executives and the company with professionalism
1+ years of administrative, assistant, or coordinator experience in entertainment, digital media, advertising, or a talent agency preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and project management tools a plus
Skilled at prioritizing under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously — able to shift focus quickly and efficiently
Passion for digital media, creators, and brand partnerships; curiosity to learn the inner workings of a fast-evolving industry
Team player with a collaborative mindset who also takes ownership of individual projects
Thrives in a role that blends administrative excellence with opportunities to contribute to strategic, creative, and operational projects
Familiarity with talent agency workflows, culture, and client service standards a plus
Comfortable thinking outside the box to assist on unique projects when needed
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$21.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$21.00 hourly
Role is based in New York.
